Sir,
We beg most respectfully to state that we are the
students of your school.It is a
matter of great regret that there is no
common room in our school. As a result we have to face many problems. We wander
about aimlessly in the school campus during the leisure period.Had there been a
common room we could have passed the time reading newspapers ,magazines etc and
playing various indoor games. In fact a common is the cantre for recreation. If
a common room is set up ,we will be able to pass our leisure in proper ways.
May I,therefore , pray and hope
that you would be kind enough to set up
a common room and oblige there by.
