Subject:Prayer for increasing
common room facilities .
Sir,
We beg most respectfully to state that we have
been suffering much for want of common room facilities. There is only a fan but
no supply of drinking water.During the summer we suffer much. Moreover , the
arrangement of seat and daily newspaper is not so sufficient. So we request
you to arrange the above mentioned
things for the benefit of us.
May we,therefore , pray and hope
that you would be kind enough to
increase common room facilities as soon as possible and oblige there by .
