The
National Flag
The national flag is
the symbol of independence nation. Our national flag is very simple. It is
rectangular in size the length and breadth is 10:6 in proportion . It has two
colors red and deep green. The main portion of the flag is green and there is a
round red portion in the middle. Green represents the green land of Bangladesh
while red stands for the sun. It can be different in size. It is always hoisted
on the important government buildings. To every independent nation its flag is
dearer, holier than any other earthly possessions. We are determined to keep
its respect high at any cost.
